Song Owner Suing Huckabee for Royalties

JAN 14, 2016 – Mike Huckabee got in legal trouble when he used the song “Eye of the Tiger” made famous in the film “Rocky III” at the “Kim Davis Rally” last year, for afterwards the owner to the song’s rights, Rude Music, filed suit against him for using the song without paying royalties. Now, Huckabee is trying to weasel out of paying the royalties by claiming it was a “religious assembly” and other nonsense. Read more on Hollywood Reporter below:
