MSN Music News: 01/20/2012 - Al Green has said President Obama singing his song, "Let's Stay Together" the other day was "terrific", and "He nailed it."
A group of activist musicians and Occupy activists held a 24 hour music-filled demonstration in the theater district in New York, organized by the Occupy Wall Street Performance Guild in a non-violent reclaiming public space action. It drew well-known names from the downtown New York scene and also from other theater scenes. "With capitalism gone mad, foreclosures increasing, and bank crises consuming whole communities, we are signaling through the flames that there is another way of living."
