Black Lives Matter, Environment and More in Creative & Positive Music Video

August 13, 2015 – In our continuing effort to seek out and showcase musical-activists out there, JTMP wants to introduce Jen Chapin, an Americana artist whose new music video “Gospel” really steps up and speaks out on the current social issues such as the Black Lives Matter Movement to Global Climate Change. Featuring very creative animation and video mixed together, the positive video message is one of empowerment and growth into something better. Jen starts off the song by connecting the 1960s social movement in America to the Arab Spring, then to the current issues we are facing now, with shots of activists peacefully marching the streets to effect social change. The music video ends with “Justice” rising from the ashes like a phoenix. Watch Jen Chapin’s great song and amazing video below.  (photo credit: Lionel Urman/CC)
