MAY 4, 2012 - Occupy This Album has come out, and Michael Moore sings the Bob Dylan classic, "The Times They are a Changin'", and many people are leaving comments complimenting his voice. Listen to the song below. There are many, many activist musicians taking part in Occupy This Album, including Ani DiFranco, and local DC area musician Matt Pless that JTMP was involved with through the Unity Music Group back in 2009. Adam Levine, singer, songwriter and guitar player for Maroon 5, recently found out that Fox News was playing a Maroon 5 song as bumper music on their TV station, and wasn't too pleased. He fired back with a Tweet, "Dear Fox News, don't play our music on your evil f%&*ing channel ever again. Thank you." Rupert Murdoch who is the head of the News Corporation which owns Fox News has been under fire recently and was judged by a parliamentary committee as "not a fit person" to run a company. Here is "Small Planet", a song and video composed by local DC musician Linda Rosch, and she explained to JTMP what the song is all about, read below.

"We are 'Learning to Love' from the Planet we're "Travelling on..........” is a very 'delicate way of saying'   the Earth is Teaching the Human Race to Cross Over into the New Paradigm -- the Paradigm of Cooperation as a ruling "ethos" for humanity, ABOVE competition. In my view, the Planet isn't really "Teaching" us to "Love."  It's essentially "Teaching us that we Must Love or We will Perish.  The 'Game is Up.'"

"The definition of "Love" in Small Planet would have to be the 'Agape' definition.  "  .....human reciprocal love for God; the term necessarily extends to the love of one’s fellow man "  This is from the Wikipedia definition of Agape."
