Countdown To Zero Premieres July 23rd in New York and DC

 Countdown To Zero- a new documentary film which follows the history of the Atomic Bomb from its creation to its place in today's world. Written and directed by Lucy Walker (The Devil's Playground, Blindsight) and produced by Lawrence Bender (Inglourious Basterds, An Inconvenient Truth) it features interviews with such important figures as Jimmy Carter, Mikhail Gorbachev, Pervez Musharraf and Tony Blair. It makes a compelling case for worldwide nuclear disarmament, an issue more topical than ever with the Obama administration working to revive this goal today.

After strong showings at Canne and Sundance, Countdown To Zero is scheduled for wide release in late July, and the premiere in Washington DC is going to be something special.
